Don Stephen Aron
Don Stephen Aron has been active in various business investments in more than 70 companies with IPO's including mezzanine capital, bridge financing and venture transactions.  Mr. Aron serves on the Board of Metro Vision of North America, Inc., New York, NY; The Argentum Fund, New York, NY; and Gexa Energy Corp., Houston, TX.  His vast philanthropic and civic involvement include his service for the Anti Defamation League, The Jewish Federation, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Kinkaid School, Congregation Beth Israel, The Holocaust Museum and The Galveston Historical Foundation.   He is also active with the Houston Parks Board and Kicking the Spectrum, a martial arts program developed to teach and motivate children with special needs.
John T. Cater
John Cater's banking career spans 40 years including his role as Chairman of River Oaks Trust Company; President of MCorp, a $20 billion statewide bank holding company; and President of Texas Commerce Bank.  He concluded his banking career as Chairman of Compass Bank-Houston.  Mr. Cater has served on the Board of CenterPoint Energy and its predecessor, Reliant Energy, since 1983.  He is currently on the Advisory Board of Compass Bank-Houston and serves actively with several Texas Medical Center institutions, foundation boards and has led numerous civic and non-profit organizations.

Jerold Winograd
Jerry Winograd is the co-managing partner of Judwin Realty Group, LLC and its affiliates.  He has extensive knowledge in the financial operations of apartment complexes and has been involved in the budgeting operations and monitoring performance for over 29 years.  He has also worked with several lenders in the capital markets.  Jerry serves on the board of directors of the Houston Apartment Association and served as its President in 2006  During 2001 he became a board member of the Texas Apartment Association and served as its President in 2010-2011.  In 2004 Jerry joined the assembly of delegates of gthe National Apartment Association and in 2014 was elected to the Board of Directors.  Jerry is an associate lecturer for the Multifamily Residential Real Estate Fundamentals MBA course that is taught at the University of Houston.
